The empowering belief represents the positive and supportive beliefs that help the protagonist overcome the challenge and achieve his, or her, goals.
Participants take turns in their roles and then discuss together how they can change their belief systems and thought patterns to better address their challenges.
By playing these role-plays, you can develop a better understanding of your own and others' belief systems and learn how to use your thoughts and beliefs in a positive and constructive way.
